- 天然石やハンドメイド作品には、色合い、形状、模様、内包物、クラック、窪みなどの個体差があります。これらは天然素材や作品の特性であり、破損や不良には該当しません。
- 商品画像および説明や注意事項を全てご確認のうえ、ご購入ください。
- 質問や不明点がある場合は必ずContactよりご連絡ください。
- 事前のご連絡なく返送された商品はお受け取りできません。

- 万一、商品をご用意できない場合はご注文をキャンセルし、全額返金いたします。
- 銀行振込をご利用の場合、振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。
